A little about Transitional Executive

Transitional Executive, founded in 2008, has successfully developed over 1,000 executives in the past three years alone and facilitated over 100 workshops in the past year around the globe. We are driven by helping organisations develop their executives both personally (in general) and professionally (specifically) and thereby boost the organisations bottom line results.

We develop people through customised programs, emphasising leadership behaviour. Through targeted executive coaching and our programs we identify interferences to individual and collective success and help develop the individuals and organisation define strategies and action plans for success – usually by shifting thinking and leadership behaviours.
Our executive coaches are International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed coaches and most come from very senior corporate leadership roles themselves – so they know how to relate to today’s senior executives as they understand the challenges of leadership and organisational expectations.

A seasoned executive coach and coach supervisor working with leaders through powerful, challenging questions and exploration. Sarit empowers leaders to reduce external and/or internal interference/s to reach their full potential. As a facilitator of our leadership programs, Sarit encourages self-reflection and self-awareness amongst leaders through dynamic questioning and idea generation. This creates a challenging yet supportive environment for optimum learning.

This includes helping leaders to better understand the impact they have on their people and the direct correlation this has with their business results. Karen’s passion is to help executives at all levels see themselves as a whole person so that they can bring the best version of themselves to work and positively influence the team they lead. Karen draws on her extensive senior executive business experience (including general management of global companies), coaching experience (including c-suite executives) and academic knowledge to inspire current and future leaders to unlock and deliver their full potential within a business.
